Description
The City of Madison, Georgia is soliciting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified
architectural firms to provide professional design and construction administration services for a
new fire station. The facility will support both full-time and volunteer firefighters, reflecting a
modern, combination-style operational model.
The purpose of this RFQ is to identify an experienced and capable design team with proven expertise
in fire station design and construction documentation. The selected firm will provide complete
architectural services from preliminary planning through construction completion.
This project represents a major public safety investment for the City of Madison and aims to
enhance emergency response capabilities, provide efficient and safe firefighter accommodations,
and address community growth.
