Coach Hill Streambank Repair

The project site is located in the Coach Hill subdivision off Blacks Road in Greenville, South Carolina, encompassing both private properties and County-owned land. The contractor shall implement all necessary measures to ensure public safety and prevent damage to County roads, infrastructure, utilities, and property.

The primary objective is to repair the streambank along a section of Rocky Creek and upgrade the existing 54-inch RCP drainage system that outlets to this section. Work includes tree removal, clearing woody debris from the creek, removal of existing 54-inch RCP, installation of new 48-inch HPP OR Aluminum, installation of 2 ea. nonreinforced concrete pipe supports, 6'×6' junction boxes, channel widening, slope grading, riprap installation, and site stabilization through fine grading and grass establishment on all disturbed areas. The County will provide construction staking for the new storm drainage system; therefore, no line item for construction staking is included in the bid schedule.
