Chesapeake Public Schools, including the School Board (hereafter known as the District) is soliciting bids to purchase Custodial Supplies for the Custodial Services Department in Chesapeake, in accordance with the specifications found on the e-bid platform ( https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cpschools/projects/242228) .
These comprehensive range of supplies includes but are not limited to cleaning agents, paper products, disinfectants, gloves, floor care supplies among others. Interested bidders must submit their bids by the bid due date, including all necessary documentation outline in the solicitation package. Vendors must all complete the attachments as required. This bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive responsible bidder.
The District seeks bids from qualified, licensed, and insured vendors to provide MAINTENANCE, REPAIRS AND GENERAL SUPPLIES-WAREHOUSE .
Through this Invitation To Bid (IFB), the District is seeking to identify one or more vendors who can most fully meet the needs of the District as specified in this document and any associated attachments.
