Managed Sheltering: Sanctioned Encampments and Safe Parking Projects

The City of Port Angeles (City) is seeking proposals from one or more organizations to develop and implement projects for managed sheltering of unhoused individuals/families. The primary goal is to provide safe and cost-effective living alternatives so that unhoused individuals/families can have safe temporary housing while accessing support services which lead to permanent housing solutions.

RFP Documents: Request for Proposal, addenda, and plan holders list are available on-line through Builders Exchange of Washington, Inc. at http://www.bxwa.com.  Click on: “Posted Projects”, “Public Works”, “City of Port Angeles”.  Proposers are encouraged to “Register as a Bidder”, in order to receive automatic email notification of future addenda and to be placed on the “Bidders List”.  The City cannot be responsible for incomplete proposals resulting from a failure to obtain complete, correct RFP documents as published by the City on Builders Exchange of Washington.
