Description:
The project consists of demolition & installation of fill, berms, asphalt parking lot, plaza, amphitheater, boardwalk, stairs & Concrete Trail, signage, landscaping, & irrigation at city owned property along Fort Congaree Trail, at the existing
Timmerman Trail entrance. Prior experience, qualifications and product certification will be required. This project will be funded by the City of Cayce. Mandatory Pre-bid meeting will be held on April 1, 2025 at 3pm.
