Water System Improvements; Cook Street 12-inch Water Main

1.        Competitive Sealed Bid proposals for City of Royston Water System Improvements; Cook Street 12¿ Water Main; CDBG: 24q¿x¿059¿2¿6772 owned by City of Royston, Georgia will be received by the City of Royston at Royston City Hall located at 684 Franklin Springs Street, Royston, Georgia, 30662 until Wednesday, December 3, 2025,at 10:00 AM at which time they will be publicly opened.

2.        The project consists of the following generally described work:

Water system improvements including the installation of approximately 2,900 linear feet of 12¿inch C¿900 PVC water line and appurtenances within the existing right¿of¿way of Cook Street, connecting to the exiting 10¿ ductile iron water line at Ty Cobb Street.

3.        Plans and Specifications are open to inspection at Royston City Hall or may be obtained from Thomas & Hutton Engineering Co., 5553 Peachtree Road, Suite 175, Atlanta, GA 30341, (Issuing Office) upon payment of $150.00 (plus shipping charges as applicable).
