All sealed bids must be received no later than Dec 3rd, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. After such time on the same day at 10:00 a.m., bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Coweta County Administration Office, 22 East Broad Street Newnan, Georgia 30263 (Room 206). Bids received after the designated date and time will not be accepted and will be considered invalid. Coweta County may negotiate changes with the successful bidder. An inability to comply with negotiated changes shall deem the bidder unsuccessful and shall void any contractual agreements reached.
