Agency has an emerging need for conditioned warehouse space (Within 7-miles radius of Redstone Arsenal) to support logistics, storage, and daily operations for material handling of supplies supporting multiple regions. This lease will be for 1 Year Firm Term with 4 option years. The requirements for this warehouse are:
- 18,000 square feet
- Climate controlled
- High bay (30 foot ceilings)
- 900 linear feet of three tiered palletized rack shelving
- Dock levelers for palletized deliveries
- Special security/intrusion detection systems
- Proximal to Redstone Arsenal Gate 9 to support logistics and material movement.
