Project Description: An existing shell space, of approximately 4300SF, located on the east side of Concourse G will be finished and used as a rentable conference center as well as a sponsorship space or open space for the traveling public when it is not in use by rental agreements. The space will be finished out with storage closets for holding furniture, a catering space, carpeting, exposed ceilings with architectural clouds, audio/visual equipment, and a storefront with a glass folding wall system.
