NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS – Electronic bids will be received until 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday,
March 24, 2026 by Becker County through the BidVault website located on Becker County’s OneOffice
website. Bids will be opened and read publicly at the Becker County Highway Department located at
1771 North Tower Road, Detroit Lakes, MN for the purpose of letting a contract for the following
construction improvements:
SAP 003-639-018 – CSAH 39
CSAH 36 to TH 34
Milling, Reclaiming, Bit. Surf. & Agg. Shld.
SAP 003-640-008 – CSAH 40
CSAH 38 to East County Line
Milling, Reclaiming, Bit. Surfacing & Agg. Shld.
Major quantities of work are:
Aggregate Shouldering – 11,150 Ton
Bituminous Milling – 211,366 SY
Bituminous Reclamation – 214,930 SY
Bituminous Mixtures – 48,850 Ton
Traffic Control Signing
Traffic Control Striping
To submit an electronic bid, contractors can access plans and bidding documents electronically through
the County’s OneOffice website at https://mn-co-becker.app.rtvision.com/oneoffice/bidding . To proceed
you must click on Bidding and then select SAP 003-639-018 under Contracts. See instructions for
downloading. Plans and proposal may be examined at the office of the Becker County Highway
Department offices located at 1771 North Tower Road, Detroit Lakes, MN.
Electronic Bids must be accompanied by a corporate surety bond in an amount which is at least equal to
5% of the total bid and may be submitted electronically with BidVault using Surety 2000 or as a hard
copy by mail or other delivery method, either as a corporate surety bond or a certified check made
payable to the Becker County Treasurer. If not submitted electronically, the proposal guarantee must be
received at the Becker County Highway Department, 1771 North Tower Road, Detroit Lakes, MN 56501,
in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the name of the bidder, type of work and project number by
4:30 pm CST, the business day prior to the specified date of bid opening.
The County Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities therein and to accept
the bid deemed most advantageous to Becker County.
