Summary

EXTERNAL OPPORTUNITY: Annie Malone Children and Family Services is interested in contracting with a design-build firm that will be responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive project plan that encompasses all phases from design through completion of a project to replace the roof, repair and seal the chimneys, tuck point and seal the brick. These improvements are to be delivered through a Guaranteed Maximum Price contract. The objective in issuing this Request for Qualifications is to provide a competitive means by which to select a single provider.
