In accordance with FAR 5.203(a), this pre-solicitation synopsis communicates that the Government intends to solicit this requirement in approximately 30 days. See Attachment 3 - Amendment 1_Synopsis_15 April 2025 for more information.

The 52 Fighter Wing is seeking feedback on a draft solicitation for the Removal of Wastewater and Sewage at Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany.

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the Removal of Wastewater Material for routine service and emergency cases, except for those items specified as government furnished property and services.

Please provide any suggestions or comments on the drafted solictation documents NLT 1200 CEST on 16 April 2025.
