Locust, Centralia, IL 62801. Bids will be opened and publicly read in the City Council Chambers at 10:30 a.m. The bids are to be sealed and plainly marked: “Surplus Property Bid”.
Please see the bid form for the list of items. All Items are available for viewing at the Public Works Yards located at 114 E 5th St. Monday thru Friday from 7 a.m. till 4 p.m.
