A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) located at Fort McHenry Tunnel (FMT) East Vent Building 2301 South Clinton Street, Baltimore, MD 21224. The conference will be held on Tuesday February 24, 2026, beginning at 1:00 P.M. Local Time (Eastern Prevailing Time) for interested Bidders. It is requested that all interested Bidders complete the Pre-Bid Response Form, Attachment A, prior to the meeting and send an email, to the Procurement Officer at MCarlisle1@mdta.state.md.us Concurrently, a Pre-Bid Conference will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams. Refer to instructions in Section 4.1.6. Once Attachment A is received in this office, you will be emailed a form to complete and return. This form is called the mVisitor form. It must be approved before you are authorized to enter into the facility. Therefore, it is mandatory that the completed form be received in this office via email by Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at 4:00 P.M.
