Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) Healthcare Contracting Division-West (HCD-W) requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the following:
Medical Tech Industries (MTI) ENT cabinet or equivalent to support the operations of US Naval Hospital Okinawa (USNHO) Otorhinolaryngology / ENT Department. The contractor shall supply all items, services, and delivery functions necessary to meet the performance requirements described herein, in accordance with standard commercial practices.
All questions regarding the RFQ, of a contractual or technical nature, must be submitted electronically by email to bobbie.s.dobberstein.ctr@health.mil no later than 10:00 a.m. Pacific on Friday, August 01, 2025.
