This project includes the removal and replacement of the existing steel posts along the perimeter of the building, miscellaneous concrete repair work to the elevated slab and slab edges, landscape improvements, the removal of the existing ADA ramp at the rear of the property, the replacement of the existing monumental entrance stairs and the addition of an ADA ramp at the front of the building. All work is to be completed under a General Contract.Â

The completion date for all work under this project is December 1, 2025.
