A Pre-Bid Conference for the purpose of answering questions of parties interested in constructing the work relative to Right-of-Way, Utilities, Design, and Construction Details will be conducted at 10AM on Monday, February 23, 2026, at the Allegany County Office Complex, Room 100, 701 Kelly Rd, Cumberland, MD 21502. While attendance at the Pre-Bid conference is not mandatory, this is the offeror's oppottunity to raise questions and/or issues of concern regarding the project.
