A NON-MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the

Lake Havasu City Airport Terminal, located at 5600 N.

Highway 95, Lake Havasu City, Arizona, 86404 at 11:00 AM,

Arizona Time, on November 18, 2025.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The scope of this project generally includes the excavation of existing material and grading

along the edges pavement bordering the infield areas between Runway 14/32 and

Taxiway A to improve drainage, and placing crushed aggregate rock to prevent soil

erosion from storm events. Base Bid the infield areas adjacent to Taxiway A2 as shown on

the General Plan. Bid Alternate 1 includes the infield areas adjacent to Taxiways A1, A4,

and the remaining area between Taxiways A2 and A3 as shown on the General Plan.

QUESTIONS: All questions that arise relating to this solicitation shall be directed in

writing to purchasing@lhcaz.gov with a copy to capitalprograms@lhcaz.gov. To be

considered, written inquiries shall be received at the above-referenced email address by

November 21, 2025, 3:00 p.m. Arizona Time. Inquiries received will then be answered in

an Addendum.

Sealed bids for the project specified will be received by the City Clerk's Office, 2330 N.

McCulloch Boulevard, Lake Havasu City, Arizona, 86403 until the time and date

stated. Bids received by the correct time and date will be opened and read aloud

immediately thereafter in Room 109 of Lake Havasu City Hall. Public openings may

Bids must be clearly addressed to the City Clerk's Office, 2330 McCulloch Blvd. N, Lake

Havasu City, Arizona, 86403, and received no later than the exact time and date indicated

above. Late bids will not be considered under any circumstances.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the Project Number and the bidder's name and

address clearly indicated on the envelope. All bids must be completed in ink or typewritten on a

form to be obtained from the specifications and a complete Invitation for Bid returned along with

the offer no later than the time and date cited above.

Bidders interested in taking advantage of the streamlined e-Bid and e-Bond process shall submit

their bids electronically via the City’s DemandStar Network at

https://www.demandstar.com/app/buyers/bids/512147/details. Paper bids and paper bid bonds

will continue to be accepted. Bidders submitting e-Bids will be required to scan and enclose their

paper bid bond/cashier’s check with their electronic bid submission. The apparent low bidder

shall submit their original bid bond/cashier’s check within three (3) business days following the

Bid opening.

on DemandStar at www.demandstar.com. For documents obtained outside of DemandStar please

Project Completion Date: The Contract Time shall be Thirty (30) CALENDAR DAYS for the

base bid, and an additional Forty-five (45) CALENDAR DAYS if Bid Alternate #1 is awarded.

Lake Havasu City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part thereof and waive

informalities deemed in the best interest of the City.
