Sidney Substation Breaker Replacement; SD566 SD662 SD862 BREAKER REPLACEMENTS: demolition and site development, foundations and platforms for substation electrical equipment, installation of three (3) Government-furnished power circuit breakers, installation of three (3) Government-furnished CCVTs and two (2) Government-furnished CCVT support pedestals, and furnishing and installing high voltage bus, grounding system, conduit, and insulated cables.
