Are there 12 hood exhaust locations? I want to make sure I am reading it accurately. Each location contains an exhaust duct and also connected to an inside hood within the canteen.

There are 16 Kitchen/Canteen hoods. Please refer to the updated attachment B (equipment list)

Are you requiring CDET certification for dryer vents?
R:
No, CDET certification is not required at this time.
Q:
Are you requiring the IKECA certification for hood cleaners?
R:
Yes, IKECA certification is required. Evidence of current IKECA certification shall be submitted at time of offer.
