Project Description: The Eanes Independent School District (EISD) is seeking quotes from qualified contractors for renovating existing building interiors to add two new staff restrooms at Barton Creek Elementary. Only respondents holding an active Job Order Contract (JOC) through an approved purchasing cooperative or participating Central Texas Purchasing Alliance district will be considered.
A site visit will be held to review all three project locations. We will begin at Barton Creek Elementary School at 9:00 AM (CST), then proceed to Forest Trail Elementary and conclude at ATS. Contractors should plan to attend all three visits, as we will move directly from one location to the next. The site visit is expected to conclude by approximately 1:00 PM.
All interested contractors must report to the District Operations Center (D.O.C.), located at 4300 Westbank Drive, Austin, TX 78746, prior to the 9:00 AM check-in time to receive a visitor badge.
