This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 and FAR Part13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is being solicited as a Brand Name, 100% Small Business Set Aside. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation being issued.
