This is a non-personal services contract to provide grounds maintenance at Conchas Dam Project for a base year with an additional two (2) option years. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the primary Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government.

WHERE: Conchas Dam USACE Project Office, 287 Bell Ranch Road, Conchas Dam, NM 88416; building on the west side just after crossing the dam heading north on HWY 433.
WHY: To better understand requirements of contract before quote submission deadline.
