The Town of Wellesley, Massachusetts, by way of this document, requests proposals from qualified vendors to convert its existing Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) system. The Town has determined this contract is subject to the Uniform Procurement Act, Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30B. Therefore, the provisions and requirements of M.G.L. Chapter 30B are hereby incorporated.
