Notes
The City of Davenport is accepting bids for the Duck Creek Park Court Improvements Project.
This project will address court surface repairs, apply new color seal and lines, posts and nets, and fencing. The project will also convert one existing tennis court to four new pickleball courts. Additional enhancements include connecting walking paths, shade structures, and benches.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on June 11, 2025 at 9:30 AM at Duck Creek Park (at the tennis courts), located at 3300 East Locust Street. This will be a time to visit existing tennis courts, review the plans and specifications, address any questions or concerns, and discuss the City’s expectations. All contractors intending to bid on this project are encouraged to  have a representative in attendance.

Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted.  Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
