Santa Rosa High School District (“SRHSD”) and the Santa Rosa Elementary School District (“SRESD”) (collectively, the “District”) invites proposals from contractors for a lease-leaseback contract to perform construction services for the Piner High School, Maria Carrillo High School, Luther Burbank Elementary School, and Elsie Allen High School Perimeter Fencing and Gates Project (“Project”).
