ADDENDUM NO. 1
Bidders are hereby notified that this addendum shall be made a part of the above-named proposal and contract documents.
The following is issued to modify, and/or clarify the bid and contract documents. These items shall have the same force and
effect as the original bid and contract documents, and bids to be submitted on the specified bid date, shall conform with the
additions, deletions and revisions listed as herein.
ITEM #1
CORRECTION: The Notice of Availability states ‘Estimated Budget is: $89,035’. The corrected estimated
budget should be $108,132.
ITEM #2
CORRECTION: The page 19 of the Bid Form, the completion time states ‘Completion Time: 45 calendar
days’. Please strikethrough the 45 calendar days and add 60 calendar days.
ITEM #3
CORRECTION: The page 9 of TS-06, the contract time states ‘All work shall be completed within 45 calendar
days from the date specified on the Notice to Proceed’. Please strikethrough the 45 calendar days and add
60 calendar days.
ITEM #4
CORRECTION: The page 9 of TS-01, the purpose states ‘Each basin’s dimensions are approximately: 60’
long, 28’ wide, and 14’ tall walls’. Please strikethrough the 14’ tall and add 17’ tall.
ITEM #5
CORRECTION: The page 10 of TS-10, the basin sequencing requirements states ‘A minimum of one (1) full
day shall be allowed between returning a basin to service and taking the next basin offline to provide adequate
time for process stabilization and operational evaluation’. Please strikethrough the A minimum of one (1) full
day shall be allowed between returning a basin to service and taking the next basin offline to provide adequate

This addendum is binding and is to be considered as if contained within the original bid documents of Bid No. 20260583.
