The purpose of this amendment is to:
1. Provide offerors the opportunity to submit questions pertaining to this solicitation. The due date/time to submit all questions for this solicitation is Wednesday, 6 March 2025 / 2:00 P.M. EST. No further questions/request for information will be accepted after the due date/time.
2. All Offerors providing bids for this solicitation are to ensure to complete Standard Form 1442 Blocks 19 through 20c acknowledging this amendment. Bids without correctly completed amendment acknowledgement will not be considered for award.

***THIS IS A NON-APPROPRIATED FUND INSTRUMENTALITY (NAFI) REQUIREMENT***
The purpose of this project is to add 14 each recreational vehicle parking spaces to the Shaw Air Force Base Family Camp Site. The Contractor shall add an asphalt drive, electrical systems, concrete RV pads, water, sewer, and other various task as described in the Statement of Work.
IAW NFC 36.204 (d) the Construction Magnitude for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000.
The Site Visit was posted on the Presolicitation Notice for this requirement and was conducted on Friday, 7 February 2025, 10:00 EST.
