Solicitation Description:

The University of Houston System (“Owner”) is soliciting statements of qualifications (each a “Qualifications”) for the selection of an architectural/engineering firm to provide architectural, engineering, and other professional services for the build-out of approximately 30,000 GSF of lab shell space in the Agrawal Building (the “Project”) at the University of Houston’s main campus. Services shall include, but are not limited to, programming, building design/engineering, AV/IT/Security design, furniture, furnishings and equipment design, graphics and wayfinding design, LEED Certification, construction administration services, and a comprehensive MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) survey, design, and relocation as needed.
