The purpose of this addendum is to provide clarification on the pre-bid meeting time and extending
space planning to other County offices.
1. Pre-bid meeting time?
Answer: March 13, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. (Location 365 Losher St. Suite 300, Hernando, MS 38632)
2. Will there be other county offices included?
Answer: Space planning will include some outlying County Office buildings.
All vendors MUST return this signed addendum with your bid response acknowledging your receipt
and understanding of same.
