MVLEC SERVICES FOR TECHNICAL OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT AND SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATION

Martha’s Vineyard Law Enforcement Council is soliciting sealed proposals for the procurement of services related to Technical Operations Management, Systems Administration for the Martha’s Vineyard Public Safety Information System.

Response is due by Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET (Eastern Time)

The Request for Proposal is designed to solicit sealed proposals pursuant to Chapter 30B M.G.L.. The posting requires providing management and administration services to operate, maintain and develop systems and services in support of the Martha’s Vineyard Public Safety Information System, at a competitive and reasonable cost.  The awarded provider will be responsible for all hardware, software, services and support as defined within the proposal documents.  Narrative descriptions of the technical, management and administrative experience, capabilities and services available and a separate associated fixed rate schedule must follow the posting response templates.
