Citywide Lawncare Services

The City of Richmond, Virginia (the “City”), seeks bids from qualified firms to provide certain lawn mowing and grounds maintenance services on a recurring basis at various City‑owned properties (the “Work”). The Work will entail maintaining specified turf areas through turf mowing, trimming, edging, litter and debris removal, cleanup and disposal, leaf removal, mulching, and weed control, among other services specified below in the Statement of Work.

City Departments (Parks, Public Works, Public Utilities, and General Services) require consistent turf maintenance across multiple locations throughout the City, as depicted on the Master Map in the Scope of Work below. The goal of this endeavor is to maintain City properties in well‑groomed condition for public use and aesthetic appearance.
