Construction Materials Testing services for ACC burn building training
tower project and related sitework.
Scope required:
1. Probing and inspecting subgrade and quantifying any undercut under
proposed training tower and pavement area (2 trips min; one building,
one for paving)
2. Concrete breaks for foundation of building (verify PSI and strength of
concrete.)
3. Witness asphalt paving and verify compaction (1 pavement core that is
patched during paving so it can be patched with hot mix and rolled in
while asphalt is still hot or via non-shrink grout)
Project located at 128 Quarry Road, Haw River, NC 27258
Burn tower/sitework drawings available upon request
Selection will be a qualifications-based selection.
