Scope of Services
The purpose and intent of this term contract is to secure firm pricing for a period of one year for fumigation services on an as needed basis to Marion County School Board locations. The requested service is tarpaulin method general fumigation using Vikane™ (sulfuryl fluoride) gas for the elimination of insects and related pests, specifically Drywood Termites and egg stages. Seal fumigation may be used on occasion where called for by mutual agreement of the awarded vendor and the District representative. Fumigation services will include, but is not limited to, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, incidentals, travel, fuel, and related items necessary to complete the work in accordance with the specifications and all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations.
