Issuing an amendment to revise the requirements of the solicitation in response to a protest filed at the GAO.
The purpose of this amendment is to:
1. Update the routes in PWS to correspond with the price breakdown by location excel spreadsheet.
2. Update the provisions at FAR 52.212-1 & 52.212-2.
3. Update the price breakdown by location spreadsheet to include routes for VA Connecticut & VA Bedford Pharmacies
