Project Description: Charlotte Water (CLTWater) has been implementing a successful sewer rehabilitation program for more than 20 years and is currently seeking a consultant (Company) to continue to provide professional services for this on-going program (Project). The work will include continued program management and development in the areas of planning, evaluating, design, construction management, records management and performance monitoring.
