Within 2.2.1 70B06C25R00000019 Attachment 2- Statement of Work Annex - Detailed FLIMS Requirements.xlsx, Offerors shall disregard any reference to additional submission requirements, specifcally drop-down box answers of “Yes and will submit with proposal” and “No will not submit with proposal.” Offerors shall respond to these questions utilizing the drop down answers provided, but no additional submissions are required as part of Phase I. Submissions for Phase I shall only consists of those items listed on Pg. 47 of the RFP for Phase I, to include the Cover Letter/Executive Summary/Table of Contents as well as the two (2) Excel spreadsheets completed per the instructions in the solicitation and as detailed above.

Those rows impacted by this amendment, and any submissions that may be referenced, may be addressed in subsequent phases as directed through future amendments to the solicitation or instructions in proceeding to Phase II.

The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions timely submitted in response to the Request for Proposals (RFP) 70B06C25R00000019. Included with this amendment are the following attachments:

The first attachment provides Government responses to all questions timely submitted. As a result of several questions, there were changes to the original Attachment 2- Statement of Work. An amended Attachment 2- Statement of Work (the second attachment of those listed above) has been provided as part of this amendment that shall replace the Attachment 2- Statement of Work from the original solicitation posting. This attachment has all changes from the original version included with track changes for easy identification. The original SOW posted with the solicitation has been removed.
