Sources Sought Notice - VSAB-1 Fan Box Rebuild

Project Title: FEMA Region VI VSAB-1 Fan Box Rebuild

Description: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), is conducting market research to determine the availability of qualified Contractors who can rebuild, and balance 25 ceiling mounted fan powered HVAC boxes at the VSAB 1 Building.

Site Visit Information: All representatives form industry who are interested in participating in the site visit opportunity are required to submit a completed facilities access form no later than 2:00 PM CST on April 23, 2025. The contractors will gather in the Native Nations Room within the Federal Regional Center on April 25, 2025 located at 800 North Loop 288, Denton, Texas 76209 at 10:00 AM CST so that they are escorted to the workspace. A site visit will be held for market research purposes at the VSAB-1 with a start time of 10:15 AM CST on April 25, 2025, so that contractors are able to assess the workspace in-person.

Response Deadline for the Sources Sought Notice: Contractors who are interested are invited to provide responses to the questions that are expressed in section four of this sources sought notice to Contract Specialist, Barbara Gonzalez via email to barbara.gonzalez@fema.dhs.gov, and to the Region 6 Procurement Branch, via email to R6-Contracts@fema.dhs.gov, no later than 11:00 AM CST on May 1, 2025.
