Project Description: The Jordan School District (JSD) is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified Offerors to provide the Jordan Child Development Center with a complete stand-alone preschool curriculum for 36 preschool classrooms. Offerors offering only supplemental curricula will not be considered.

This RFP is issued in accordance with State of Utah Procurement Code, Utah Code Annotated (UCA) Chapter 63G-6a, and applicable Rules found in the Utah Administrative Rules (UAR). If any provision of this RFP conflicts with the UCA or UAR, the UCA or UAR will take precedence.
