Police Crime Tip Line Services

The Contractor must provide anonymous police crime tip line services that will answer tip line calls as follows:
A. The Contractor must be available 24/7 365 days a year to answer calls via live operators.
B. The Contractor must be able to interface with the Navigate 360/P3 tip software to submit tips.
C. The Contractor must be able to translate/converse and receive tips in English and Spanish with bilingual operators.
D. The Contractor must be able to receive phone calls utilizing an anonymous format, maintaining confidentiality.
E. The Contractor must be able to receive calls from our dedicated tips number using a transfer Direct Inward Dialing (DID) service. A "DID phone number" stands for "Direct Inward Dialing" phone number, which means it is a phone number that allows callers to directly reach a specific person or department within a business without needing to go through a receptionist or operator, essentially routing calls straight to an internal extension on the company's phone system; it is essentially a unique phone number assigned to an individual within an organization.
