The City of Davenport is accepting bids for the 2026 Neighborhood Streets Preservation Program - Package A (Sealcoat).
THE FOLLOWING CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE FROM THE ORINGIAL BID 26-77:
REVISED Summary of Quantities, Item #7060-A Bituminous Sealcoat under “Bid Item Notes” column to read: …emulsion shall be CRS-2P or HFRS-2. And DELETED the phrase that required “pre-coated aggregate”.
Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly. |
