Roadside Tree Pruning Project 2026 RST

Sealed bids will be received for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the aforementioned project. Bids will be received by the Coweta County Board of Commissioners, Coweta County Georgia, herein referred to as “Owner.”
Bid documents can be purchased from the Coweta County Public Works Office, located at 70 Selt Road, Newnan, Georgia until 10:45 a.m. (local time) on Monday, March 2, 2026.
Bids must be received by 11:00 am (local time) at the Coweta County Administration Office, located at 22 East Broad Street, on March 2, 2026.
After such time, on the same day, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Coweta County Commissioners Office, located at 37 Perry Street, Newnan, Georgia. Bids received after the designated time will not be considered. Bids shall be clearly marked and sealed.
The Major Items of Work Consist of:

• Providing all traffic control in accordance and compliance with the MUTCD and GDOT standards, details, and Special Provisions, including the latest edition of Special Provision 150.
• Trimming/Pruning all overhanging limbs and underbrush using a vertical cut back to the mature existing tree line or right of way, whichever comes first, within the designated area. (See descriptions and location map)Clean-up and removal of all debris.

Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in the best interest of the County.
Work is as specified in the Bid Document and is to be done in accordance with detail standards and specifications, where applicable.
