The City of Cold Lake is seeking to select a service provider to perform the services described in Appendix “A”. The Proponent shall submit all documentation relating to the services being proposed, attachments and sub-contractors.
Cold Lake is an urban municipality in Northeastern Alberta. The Administration Office is located at 5513 48 Avenue, Cold Lake with other facilities and land located throughout the city. The City provides municipal Services to approximately 16,000 residents. More information regarding the City can be viewed at www.coldlake.com
The City of Cold Lake currently has twenty-six (26) First Aid Kits (Type 2, Medium), twenty-one (21) Eye Wash Stations, and eight (8) AEDs located throughout its various facilities. A listing of the City’s facilities with First Aid Kits, AEDs, and Eye Wash Stations are outlined in Appendix “A.”
