Description

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), (Resilience/Federal Insurance Directorate/Acquisition Management Branch), requires National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) Standard Operations contractor support to FEMA’s delivery of the NFIP. This will require the Contractor to coordinate with the Write Your Own (WYO) insurance companies, NFIP Finance Contractor, the NFIP Direct Contractor, and other program stakeholders as they work together to provide the information required by the NFIP. The contractor shall also engage in support activities that include tracking, collecting, disseminating, maintaining, and updating information on the NFIP and the WYO companies. The Contractor must also establish field offices in the event of a flood to expedite claims and coordinate WYO company activities.
