Pursuant to Section 3-05 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board Rules, the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) intends to enter into negotiations for a 6-year Sole Source agreement with Ceres Nanosciences Inc. to provide NYC’s Public Health Laboratory (PHL) with
Nanotrap® Microbiome Particles and associated products to enable rapid and simple wastewater surveillance.
DOHMH has determined that Ceres Nanosciences Inc. is the sole provider of the required products (
particles, buffers, and reagents), as they are solely manufactured and distributed by Ceres Nanosciences Inc.; there are no resellers.
