State of New Jersey Software Reseller Contract – T3121

The Department of the Treasury - Division of Purchase and Property and the Office of Information Technology are

pleased to announce that the State of New Jersey’s new Software Reseller Services contract T3121 was awarded

on May 25, 2021 and is effective immediately. Please be sure the review the Method of Operation for T3121,

which is posted on NJSTART at www.njstart.gov.

Similar to the prior contract (M0003), T3121 provides Using Agencies with a mechanism to purchase the following

products and services through one of the Resellers who are awarded a contract:

• Commercial Off the Shelf Software (“COTS”) in both on premises and Software as a Service (“SaaS”) formats;

• Software Related Services (implementation, training, installation, and configuration services. Limited

customization of COTS is permitted with advance written approval of the State Contract Manager);

• Maintenance and technical support services; and

• Appliances.

The awarded Contractors/Resellers are:

• CDW Government LLC (20-TELE-01511);

• Dell Marketing LP (20-TELE-01510);

• Insight Public Sector, Inc. (20-TELE-01512); and

• York Telecom Corporation (20-TELE-01509)

Please note that the change in Contractors/Resellers will have no effect on any existing Custom Agreement. The

only change is the group of Contractors/Resellers that you are required to reach out to in order obtain Quotes/Mini

Bids prior to cutting a new Purchase Order.

If you have already made a purchase through one of the Contractors/Resellers under M0003, that purchase is still

effective for the term identified on the Purchase Order.

Please note that M0003 will expire on Friday, June 11, 2021; and therefore, no purchase orders will be permitted

or approved under M0003 thereafter. Any purchase order issued after June 11, 2021, must be done under T3121.
