Sealed bids will be received by the City Engineer of the City of North Olmsted until 12:00 pm. on March
12, 2026 for the 2026 Resurfacing Program, in accordance with Resolution 2025-107 and in accordance
with plans and specifications on file in the Engineering Dept.
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked with the ordinance number, opening date
and item being bid. In the event that several invitations are being bid simultaneously, each bid must be
submitted in a separate envelope. Bids must be delivered directly to the City of North Olmsted City Hall,
5200 Dover Center Rd, North Olmsted, Ohio, 44070.
Each bid for each project must be accompanied by a certified check on a solvent bank in the amount of 10%
of the bid or a 100% Bid Bond, the same being payable to the City of North Olmsted as a guarantee that, if
the bid is accepted, a Contract will be entered into and a Performance Bond satisfactory to said municipality
in an amount equal to 100% of the total bid will be furnished. The deposit of the successful bidder will be
retained until the Contract is properly executed and delivered. Deposits of all unsuccessful bidders will be
returned following the award.
The bid documents, specifications and drawings may be examined without charge online at
www.cvelimited.plancycle.com. To become a Registered Bidder, documents, specifications and drawings

Cleveland, OH 44114 or SE Blueprint at 520 South Main Street, Suite 2411 Akron, OH 44311 at the cost
of $175.00 + tax and delivery which includes bid registration, one hard copy set of the bid package and one
complete set of pdf files. Additional sets of bid documents can also be ordered online for an additional cost
at www.cvelimited.plancycle.com or by emailing seblue@seblueprint.com, calling 216-241-2250 or
visiting an SE Blueprint location.
The City reserves the right to accept all or any part of any bid and to reject any and all bids, and to waive
any informality in the bids received, and to accept any bid, or combination of bids, which it deems lowest
and best. Bidders shall be a planholder of record with the City in order for their bid to be considered.
