Request for Proposals (RFP) # MBSS-2526, "Medicaid Billing Software Services"

Charles County Public Schools (CCPS) is seeking sealed proposals from experienced and qualified Offerors/Proposers to provide Medicaid Billing Service Software, with support.   This third-party software will bill Medicaid for services provided to CCPS students with documented health issues requiring health services to enable a child with a disability to receive a free appropriate public education (FAPE) as described in the child’s Individualized Education Program (IEP).

All Work will be in accordance with the provisions contained in this Request for Proposals (RFP).  It is anticipated that one contract will be issued to a single successful Vendor/Contractor; however, CCPS reserves the right to award separate contracts, if in the best interest of CCPS.  CCPS reserves the right to cancel the RFP, make an aggregate award, or split the award between more than one Offerors/Proposers.

Any resultant contract shall be for one (1) year with the option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year periods.
