BUILDING SYSTEM GUTTERING & ROOF DRAIN SYSTEMS INSPECTION, CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES, CITY OF ANNAPOLIS, MARYLAND

The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed Bids to provide professional gutter and roof drain systems, inspection, cleaning and maintenance services until 2:00 p.m., local time, Wednesday, May 27, 2026. Bids shall be delivered or emailed to the Central Purchasing Office, 25 Shaw Street,, 1st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401, For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. . Late submittals shall not be accepted under any circumstances.

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, on call professional gutter cleaning and roof drain maintenance services for approximately ten (10) City of Annapolis, Maryland owned and occupied buildings.

The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive informalities as deemed appropriate by the City, to award multiple contracts, and to select the Bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
