City of Peachtree Corners (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
PEACHTREE CORNERS CIRCLE ROUNDABOUT
KHA Project No. 014647002
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Peachtree Corners City Hall located at
310 Technology Parkway, Peachtree Corners, Georgia 30092, until Wednesday, June 10th at 2:00 PM
local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work:
The project consists of pedestrian, roadway, and intersection improvements along Peachtree
Corners Circle in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. Improvements including full depth asphalt
pavement, milling and inlay, concrete curb and gutter, concrete median, concrete sidewalk,
signing, pavement marking, storm drainage improvements, traffic signal modification, and
grading.

Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the total bid amount. No bid may
be withdrawn for a period of 60 calendar days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and
all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
No proposal will be considered unless it is accompanied by satisfactory evidence that the Bidder holds either a
Georgia State Contractor's License, Georgia State Utility Contractor's License, or qualifications with the
Georgia Department of Transportation for similar work, in compliance with Act. O.C.G.A. 43-14 and 43-41.
Failure to provide the bidder's license or qualification number on the outside of the sealed proposal will result
in rejection of the bid.
If the Contract is to be awarded, Owner will award the Contract on the basis of the base bid alone.
Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work
within the Contract Time of 360 calendar days. Owner shall make progress payments on account of the
Contract Price on the basis of Contractor's Applications for Payment submitted once per month as provided
in the General Conditions.
